All nutritional parameters published on our tables and calculators are transcribed faithfully from Panera Nutrition Guide C8-26 (effective 9/2/2026). However, users must recognize the operational realities of fresh restaurant dining:
- Cafe differences: Panera says its menu varies by location and that it cannot guarantee the nutrition information is accurate for every item, because customization, local ingredients and preparation can change the numbers.
- Customizations: Changes such as extra cheese, a different bread or dressing on the side change calories and nutrients compared with the standard figures in the guide.
